Welcome to Childcare4U Marlow

Childcare4U Marlow is a private day care nursery located in Marlow town centre, ideally situated for local residents and commuters into London.   Our beautiful converted house and garden have recently been refurbished to provide the children with a cosy ‘home from home’ environment.

We are open full-time from 7:30am – 6:30pm caring for children from 3 months to 5 years.

Our philosophy is that every child we care for deserves a calm, caring, safe and stimulating environment in which to learn.

Taking care of our staff’s wellbeing is of prime importance to us and we are proud to have been voted the 14th best place to work in the whole of the UK.

We adhere to our registration on the Ofsted Early Years Register. This monitors the overall quality standards of the early years provision in line with the principles and requirements of the ‘Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage’.

We are pleased to report that the majority of our children have now returned to Nursery following the relaxation of social distancing measures by Government.  We recognise that this is a continues to be a worrying and confusing time for parents of young children and that some of the information in the media may add to your concerns.

The Nursery is satisfied, having completed our own comprehensive risk assessment, that it is as safe as possible for our children to return and for our Nursery to remain open, but we are alert to the ongoing risks.

We have reached this conclusion after careful examination of the data at a local level, a detailed reopening plan based on advice from Public Health England (PHE) and an evaluation of the risk to our staff, based on their health and household risk factors.

The UK Chief Medical Officers have issued a statement on education and childcare reopening which states that there is a very low rate of severe disease in children from coronavirus (COVID-19).

However, we thought it would be helpful to provide you with additional information on the more localised picture.

Our main aim is to provide a secure and happy environment where children can learn through play.
Your first settling in sessions will give you and your child an opportunity to get to know your child’s key person.
We offer regular opportunities for learning outdoors, giving children the freedom to explore and be physically active, both in our own secure garden and at nearby Riley Park which we visit daily.
Our menus are designed by the nursery chef and a paediatric dietician to meet the needs of each age group.
“As a parent, leaving your child in the care of others can be hard but I feel so happy knowing my children are in safe, capable hands. They always have a fun packed day full of activities.”
“I would never have been happy returning to work without Childcare4u.”
“They get far more variation and stimulation from a day at Childcare4u than I would ever be able to provide at home.”
“If parents ever tried a different nursery they would quickly realise how good you are. I was amazed at the extra-curricular activities – they are absolutely fantastic.”
“Our decision to put both our daughters in Childcare4u from 6 months is testament to the excellent childcare you offer.”
“I have seen my children develop every day through love, care, encouragement and dedication of the staff, into happy, confident little people.”
“Everyone is always happy, enthusiastic and dedicated, my son always has a smile on his face on the way to nursery.”
