The staff team are working together to ensure that we take a whole setting approach to health and wellbeing, including promoting physical development, nutrition, oral health, emotional wellbeing, safety and immunisation.
The benefits of childhood nutrition are enormous; a nutritious diet provides your child with good eating habits for life, healthy skin, a healthy weight and improved behaviour.
We provide nutritionally balanced, home-cooked meals, designed and reviewed by a nutritionist to meet the needs of each age range. We ensure that all of the children receive the recommended daily allowance of fresh fruit and vegetables. Our recipes are made fresh with whole foods such as whole grain pastas, rice and bread, fruit and vegetables, dark leafy greens, legumes, natural sweeteners such as brown rice syrup, honey and agave nectar.
We stay away from refined and processed foods. Whole foods provide the children with the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that they need.
We cater for all allergies, intolerances, preferences, cultural and dietary needs.
